Unearthed from Fan Wenhu Couple’s tomb, Qipanshan, Anqing City

The oval crown is made by pressing and locking five gold pieces. The top of the golden crown is a thin piece of gold with a rectangular shape at the center and S shape at both ends. Two cloud-shaped gold pieces with holes are placed on both sides to hold the bun. The square hole on the bottom is also for the bun.  The top of the golden crown and the whole body are engraved with interlocking flower pattern filled with pearl pattern. Each flower is inlaid with a piece of jewelry in the middle to make the core. Although the inlaid decorations have fallen off, the trace is still clear. The golden crown is exquisite and gorgeous, a very good handicraft for the study of the jewelry in the Yuan Dynasty.
